Kuala Lumpur is one of the most modern and fascinating Asian cities. In a city with such amazing architecture, what can be better than staying at a hotel with the best view of the Petronas Twin Towers? Staying at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur was one of the highlights of my time in Kuala Lumpur.

Location
Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur by Shangri-La is a 4-star hotel with the ideal location for business and leisure travellers. It is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and offers the best panoramic view of the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC Park and the city’s skyline. You can easily access local tourist attractions, restaurants and cafes.
I stayed at Traders with my boyfriend and it was the perfect place for our short time in KL. We arrived by taxi from the airport and the hotel staff kindly guided us to the lobby which is located at the 5th floor. We checked in really fast and went to our awesome room. The hotel staff is really friendly and professional.

Room
We stayed at a Deluxe Twin Towers View room. The room was really comfortable, decorated with modern furniture. The bed was super big and soft. But the best about our room was of course, the amazing view. Without getting out of bed you can enjoy one of the most popular attractions in KL. It was hard to close my eyes at night! I just wanted to keep admiring the view. The room had everything we needed: a sofa by the window to relax with a perfect view, LCD TV, mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities, a desk, iron,telephone, safe and air-conditioning. The spacious bathroom had a separate bath and shower and toiletries were provided. Even the bathroom is luxurious, we loved it!

SkyBar
Located at level 33, the hotel’s Skybar has an exclusive panoramic view of Petronas Towers. You can enjoy amazing signature drinks and delicious food. Chill by the pool and listen to music played by DJs while you admire the city’s skyline. We had a wonderful dinner while watching the sunset. The atmosphere is just perfect. The hotel also has a Fitness Room with direct view to the Petronas which I didn’t use.
Breakfast
The breakfast at Traders was so far the best I’ve eaten in a hotel. The buffet had fresh fruit, juice, pastries, coffee bar, potatoes, bacon, made-to-order eggs,malaysian dishes and even sushi! You can basically have whatever you want. Buffet breakfast is served at Gobo Chit Chat.
Traders Hotel KL is a perfect place to stay while exploring Malaysia’s capital city. I can’t stress enough how stunning the view of the Petronas is, you can sleep just looking at KL’s postcard. If you’re planning a trip to Kuala Lumpur I’d totally recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and high quality service. Staying at Traders Hotel made my stay in KL much more enjoyable.
