Skiing in Bariloche, Argentina: Cerro Catedral

Chosen by both foreign tourists and local visitors, Bariloche is the most visited winter destination in Argentina. Cerro Catedral is the largest ski resort in South America, with about 2,000 skiable hectares and over 70 ski slopes for all levels.

How to get to Cerro Catedral?

Cerro Catedral is located 19 kilometers from the center of San Carlos de Bariloche and 1 hour from the airport. There are several options to reach the mountain.

  • Taxi from the city center or airport or private transfer from Bariloche airport
